<正> In New York City, on one of the high hills overlooking the Harlem River Valley, stands the Hall of Fame for Great Americans. From time to time, a committee is appointed to select famous American men and women to this Hall of Fame. In order to make sure that each person so selected has achieved lasting greatness, no one can be chosen unless he has been dead for at least 25 years.
