摘要

<正> This paper describes the features of glass triplex diffusion pump--good heat resistance,high resistance to pressure, and high degree of vacuum which can meet the requirements of vacuum flask production.The working principle of this glass triplex diffusion pump is that the high speed of the jet of oil vapour evacuates the chamber so that high vacuum can be obtained. This paper also introduces the choice of mechanical vacuum pumps which can match the glass triplex diffusion pump, and their installation instruction, as well as operation and maintainanca instruction of glass triplex diffusion pump, which is worthy to be referred for vacuum flask-production.
