【正】 Sino-Japanese Conference The second Sino-Japanese Conference on the Development of Automotive Industry was held in Japan during July 4-8, Chinese delegation to the conference was headed by Mr. Zeng Peiyan, vice minister of the State Planning Commossion. Other high level officials from SPC and MMI also joined the meeting. The Chinese delegates introduced to their Japanese counterparts the newly promulgated industrial policy and the development of Chinese automotive industry. The Chinese delegates hold the opinion that the possibilities of Japanese automotive industry in China lay in cooperation in the components area and coopera
