<正> On a blowing day in spring you may see many kites flying intothe sky.Spring is still looked on as kite-flying time.But any daywill do if the wind is at the right speed. An expert says,“You canfly a kite any time,as long as there is at least five miles of wind.”Kites may be old-fashioned paper-and-stick kites. They may befancy plastic kites of very odd shapes,able to go far in the sky.
