<正> There are three main choices when you use someone’s name.First,you can use the given name only,e,g.Fred or Mary.Second-ly,you can use the title(Mr,Mrs or Miss)and the family name,e.g.Mr Brown,Mrs Smith,Miss Jones.Finally,you could use re-spectful titles,i.e“sir”or“madam”.
