摘要

Located on the east part of QingzhangPlateau and along the west side of QionglaiMountain,Xiaojin County covers an area of5582 square kilometer and has a populationof more than 70,000.Xiaojin County enioys long history andspecial location.It is either the gateway ofSichuan Basin through to Qingzhang Plateauor the important transfer station for the ex-change of plateau civilization and inland civi-lization.Here are the ancient battlefield site,the first snowy mountain climbed by the RedArmy during the long march Jiajin Mountain,etc.In 1986,Xiaojin was rated as Old Revo-lutionary Base during the period of 2nd CivilRevolution War.
