　　With the development of ventricular assist device (VAD), VAD has been widely applied and produced satisfactory result recently[1～3]. The purpose of using VAD is to help the diseased heart to rest and restore its function or to improve the functions of other organs by replacing the diseased heart to make the patient remain relatively health to wait for a donated heart for transplantation.Since December 1998, biventricular assits device has been first utilized in our institute.……
