【正】 In order to speed up the local content rate of Santana, SAIC, together with many parts OEM suppliers and research institutes, established Shanghai Santana Localization Commonwealth on July1, 1988. Since then, the commonwealth has done great deal in raising the LCR rate with the production capacity of 300,000 cars formed. At present, the commonwealth comprises 163 members, including major parts suppliers, sales firms and related service stations as well as universities and research institutes.
