偏头痛有关症状分析及其治疗

摘要

150 Migraine patients were analysed in matched pairs by one to one,most of them with emotional disturbance.The results showed that the valuse of HAMA, and HAMD are distinct higher than control group. Then 60 cases canvenient forfollowing- up were divided randomly into two groups to make comparison examination. Group Ⅰ took 3mg maprotyline and3mg suleandin perday. Grop Ⅱ 500mg mefenamic acid. After 2 months' treatment, the cred rate of group Ⅰ account for60% group Ⅱ 29.63 %. 1 case of group Ⅰ relapsed 2 months after withdrawal. The results suggest that psychological factor isone of the causes of migraine and corfirm the reasonability of the treatment.
