摘要

Objective To study and research the influence of the social,psychological and econom-ic f~tors to the behavior of visiting doctor of STD patient. Method Collecting data with questionnaireand analyzing data with SPSS9.0 and EPI6.0. And the correlated effective factors of visiting doctor areanalyzed with multiple logistic regression. Result We find that most SID patients worry family disruptionand being out of employment and also feel ashamed. The pressure of the unit/colleague and family's dis-unders tanding lead to that the patients to visity doctor secretly and it affect the patient to visit doctor regu-larly. Now the medical charge especially the drug charge is too expensive and most patients can't bare it.Conclusion To strengthen the community STD health education and to urge more people to care the pa-tient and to practice the anonymous visiting doctor and reasonable charge can make patient give more at-tention to visiting doctor regularly.
