<正> In 2002, the great progress of HIRFL-CSR vacuum system was obtained.1 The vacuum system of CSR injection beam lineThe beam line is about 50m long. There are 54 standard instruments and 66 vacuum chambers in it. After degassing in the vacuum furnace, UHV cleaning and leak-detect ing, the chambers were trial-assembled in our UHV laboratory. The pressures in different measuring points were 1-3×10-9 mbar without bake-out. The installation on site for the components is being prepared now.
