摘要

1.A veteran congressman was asked what he had learned in the rough-and-tumble of the political arena.“Well,”he said,“I found it wasn’t so much whether you won or lost, but how you placed the blame.”2.“Waitress,”shouted the impatient diner,“do I have to sit here and starve all night?”“No,sir,we close at nine o’clock.”
