摘要

A series of 2- and 5-( 1, 1-dimethyl-1, 2, 5, 6-tetrahydropyridiniun-3-yl) oxadiazoline iodides, which might be used as M1 muscarinic receptor agonists, was synthesized from nicotinaldehyde and nicotinhydrazine, respectively. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
