Six Major Changes to Take Place in China’s Economic EnvironmentHuo Jianguo, deputy director of the Department of Foreign Economic Coordination under the State Economic and Trade Commission, has revealed that six major changes are to take place in China’s economic environment. First, China will enter a development period of open economy, as it undertakes to act in accordance with WTO rules. Second, it will implement an open market economy ahead of its originally planned time. Third,
