摘要

Objective To assess the effects external counterpulsation(ECP) on total ischemic burden(TIB) in patientswith coronary heart disease. Methods 28 patients were treated by ECP for more one courses, before and after ECP holtermonitor was done. Results Before and after ECP, myocardiac ischemic onset 25.8 ± 17.2 and 5.9 ± 3.2; TIB was 290.68 ±139.32 and 108 ± 65.95 ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Excellent decreased of TIB after ECP in patients with coronary heartdisease.
