摘要

Objective To study the choice of time of operation for SAP. Methods Analysing retrospectively 78 cases ofclinical manifestation of SAP in different stages and summing - up the treatment and prognosis. Result The unoperativetreatment account for 71.8 % (56 cases ), fatal rate 14.3 %. The operative treatments are 22 cases with fatal rate 27.3 % (earlyoperation 7 cases, transfer operation 9 cases time choice operation 6 cases). Conclusion The fatal rates of operative andunoperative treatment are high. To improve the prognosis of SAP, we should pay close attention to time choice of operation andindividual treatment.
