摘要

Objectives To understand epidemiological trend and features of leprosy. To speed up the control of leprosyand try to wipe out leprosy earlier. Method An analysis of epidemiological trend and features of leprosy from 1950 to 2000 inLingping county was made. Results Most of them are tumour type among the 125 leprosy cases discovered years,especiallythe men peasants whose age is from 20 to 40. The way of finding patients is clue investigation. Conclusions Leprosy disease inLiangping is in low endemic areas. The epidemiological strength descends every year. Young and robust men in poor remoteareas get the disease most.
