摘要

Objective To analyze the cause of increase in Cesarean Section from 1999～ 20001. Methods Takingretrospectively analysis. Results The average cesarean section rate in three years account for 47.2% with increasing rate yearby year,(34.2% in 1999,46.4% in 2001,64.8% in 2001). Conclusion The main causes are not to master the indicationof cesarean section and to be affected by social factors. To change the condition, we must raise the professional level of medicalstaff and make relatives of parturients learn the knowlege concerned.
