摘要

Air pollution to surgical instrument is one of Cases of the postoperative infecfon of incisional wound. Sampling experimentwas conducted by sampling and cultivating bacteria on the instrument and in the air of operation room. The result suggests that with theoperation developing, the positive rate of instrument exposed to the air and colony of bacteria increased.
