摘要

In this paper, we investigate the optimality conditions of a class of special nonsmooth programming min F(x) =m∑i=1|max{fi(x), ci}| which arises from L1-norm optimization,where ci ∈ R is constant and fi ∈ C1,i = 1,2,...,m. These conditions can easily be tested by computer.
