摘要

IN JUNE, 2002, a 58-year-old man came to our hospital for pustules of his palms and soles. Half a year earlier, erythema appealed in both his palms and soles without obvious cause, scales, pains or itches. Then grain-sized pustules appeared without drying up and scab formation.
