<正> Law Amendment and AdministrationThe National People's Congress has worked on amendments to its relevant legal systems since before China's accession to the WTO and has included the work in its annual legislation plan. So far 1,100-odd regulations pertaining to some 30 departments of the State Council have been either amended or annulled.
