透明质酸钠预防肠粘连应用研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium hyaluronate to prevent intestinal adhesion. Method 519 patientsin our gastrointestinal. Surgery were devided into two groups by double blind method from June, 1999 to december,2002.1%sodium hyaluronate 1 ～ 4ml were put equally on operation place and peritoneum under incision before suturing peritoneum.Nothing was put 243 patients in control group. We follow up carefully from 3 months to 2.5 years . Result 3 patients in treatment guorp, had abdominal pain in 2 months, 3 months and 5 months after operation, which was caused by intestinal adhesion. They were cured by chinese and western medicine. 22 patients in control group had intestinal obstruction from nine days to 2.5 years after operation, nine pationts of which were operated because of intestinal adhesion. Two groups have significant differences(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Preventment intestinal adhesion by. Sodlium hyaluronate has very good effect.
