【正】 Automakers in Japan and European countries have been discussing the merits of various types of motive power to provide the mainstream sources for the future. The Europeans say the best way of reducing emissions is to develop advanced diesel engines while the Japanese have hitherto insisted on developing hybrid vehicles. The key reason for the difference lies in the fact that the emission regulations in Japan require reduction of
