α-细辛脑与五种输液配伍的稳定性考察

摘要

To provide a scientific basis for using of clinic medicine rationally, this paper studies the test of the sability which inixed α- Asaronum with five kinds of transfusion. Observing the appearance of the mixed solution and its changes of PH at 5℃ ,37℃in 8 bours. The content of α- Asaronum was measured by UV spectrophotometer. The restlts indicated that the stability was not related to the changes in temperature and PH, the solutions were all stable and useful in 8 hours.
