【正】If we say that the picture of the Upper River at Pure Brightness Festival (a festival to memorize the dead) reflects the common folk culture in the Northern Song Dynasty, then the prefecture of Kaifeng shows the culture of official offices and the culture of the honest and upright officials represented by Bao Zheng in the Northern Song Dynasty.
