摘要

From November 21 to 25, 2004, nearly 400 participants for the 2^nd Asian Civil Society Forum (ACSF), representing over 100 NGOs from more than 30 countries and regions of Asia gathered in Bangkok, Thailand. As a member of Chinese Association for International Understanding, I had the chance to participate in the forum, and it was a most rewarding visit.
