摘要

The Kyoto Protocol is an agreement to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)2, an international treaty on global warming3. It is a legally binding agreement under which industrialized countries will reduce their collective emissions of greenhouse gases by an average of 5.2% compared to the level of 1990 during the 2008-12 period4.
