摘要

CHINA'S largest-ever joint venture project,the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC)/Shell Nanhai petrochemical project, recently went into operation in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.The city's Huicheng District is attracting a growing number of international investors, with its rich natural resources,excellent infrastructure, broad development space and beautiful landscape.
