Introduction It has been a tradition to organize very successful UNESCO Postgraduate Courses on Geochemical Prospecting Methods in the former Czechoslovakia from mid 70's. The first certificated course-GEOCHIM PRAHA UNESCO 1975 was launched on September 5, 1975. Newly recovered certificated GEOCHIM Postgraduate Course offers more complete view, showing how classical geochemical prospecting methods can be successfully used in the solution of various environmental problems.
