<正>AFTER 23 rounds of negotiations that stretched over 25 months, FedEx, the world's top air express delivery service, finally decided to move its Asia-Pacific hub to Guangzhou's Baiyun International Airport. The deal was made official after a signing ceremony on July 13,2005. Construction broke ground on January 16,2006.
