摘要

1.General Situation Laiwu Steel Group,Ltd,founded in Jan.,1970,is the largest enterprise directly under the supervision of Shandong Provincial Government.It is now the holding company of two listed companies,i.e.Laiwu Steel Corporation and Luyin Investment Group Co.,and other 29 subsidiaries including Qilu Securities.It is the first enterprise that passed the certification of ISO9002,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in metallurgical industry of China.As the largest H-steel manufacturer with the most specifications,and also the largest gear steel producer in China,it was nominated as one of the first pilot enterprises to develop circular economy by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2005.
