In the week of November 26th30th, the indexes of Shanghai Stock and Shenzhen Stock descended by 3.19% and 3.57% respectively. Shandong HELON (SZ: 000677), which announced to issue new additional 80 million shares on December 6th, suffered the biggest weekly stock price drop-14.21% among the 91 chemical companies.
