A NSFC delegation led by Prof.Shen Wenqing,NSFC''s Vice President,paid a scientific visit to Russia during June 8th through 13th,2009,at the invitation of Prof.Vladislav Ya.Panchenko,President of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).During the visit to RFBR, the delegation was cordially received by Prof.Panchenko,Prof.Aleksei M.Zheltikov, RFBR''s Vice President,and Dr.Alexander N.Sharov,Head of International Relations Department,RFBR.
