A new approach for separation of intact proteins with high resolution, high speed and high sample loading (three highs) by non-porous packings in high performance liquid chromatography is presented.A chromatographic cake having larger diameter than its thickness is firstly employed to completely separate 1.0 and 40 μg of the mixture of 7 standard proteins within 1 min un-der conventional chromatographic conditions.Also, 0.5 mg of the mixture was almost completely separated within 1 min, accom-plishing the t...
