摘要

Through the analysis of actual situation of main parks in Zhengzhou old city and based on the planning and design concept of disaster prevention park,the paper discussed reconstruction and utilization methods of urban park under the requirement of disaster prevention.The paper considered that there existed following problems in disaster prevention parks of Zhengzhou City:① lack of systematic planning of disaster prevention;② insufficient quantity and low use ratio of resources;③ monotonous function of facilities and negative disaster prevention;④ inadequate publicity knowledge.It suggested reconstructing existing parks of Zhengzhou City by:① following the principle of taking all factors into consideration,security first,adjusting according to local conditions,and integrated design of refuge shelter and park square;② adding the quantity of urban parks and making them in balanced distribution;③ completing facilities for disaster prevention on the basis of existing sites;④ conducting humanity design,ameliorating accessibility of parks,enhancing the publicity of disaster prevention knowledge,improving the overall quality of citizens.
