<正>I guess that,even in Tibet,apart from the residents themselves,few people have ever heard of Wapa Town.My colleagues had no knowledge of Wapa Town.I never heard anyone amongst them even mention the name "Wapa".I am a member of the first team to execute a poverty relief program in Wapa Town and my knowledge of this town began with this involvement.
