摘要

A poem as a perfect combination of sense,sound and form is hardly to make a good reproduction in the target language.This thesis,based on the poetry translation theory of "Beauty in three aspects about sense,sound and form" advanced by Xu Yuangchong,makes the appreciation and criticism on the three translated version- Su Manshu’s《赤墙靡》,Guo Moruo’s《红玫瑰》and Wang Zuoliang’s《一朵红红的玫瑰》-of Robert Burns’ A Red,Red Rose.
