摘要

The paper had discussed connotation of landscape art,analyzed its study direction and content,and pointed out that landscape art should be involved in landscape design.Characteristics of landscape design manifested in three aspects:perfect combination between art and technology;being of public participation by manifesting public spirit and social responsibility as lying in public space;interdisciplinary subject.On this basis,design of landscape art had been conducted from the perspectives of design content,principle and technique.It pointed out that the content of landscape art design was pervasive,including all factors in place environment;and landscape art design should follow five principles as landscape and architectural design,which were integrity,publicity,timeliness,humanity and ecology.As for design techniques,it should pay attention to integration of aesthetic concept,reference from formal beauty,and expression of practice language.Explanation of aesthetics,evaluation on value and significance of landscape artistic works could guide landscape art.
