摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study design and development of system platform of "study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change" based on WEB and GIS. [Method] Relied on the technologies of WEB and GIS, a set of system platform of "study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change" was developed based on the hybrid architecture of C/S (Client/Server) and B/S (Browser/Server).
