采用固相反应法制备了Ba<,0.98>Bi<,0.02>(Ti<,0.9>Zr<,0.1>)<,1-x>Mo<,x>O<,3>(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)陶瓷,研究了MoO<,3>掺杂对Ba<,0.98>Bi<,0.02>(Ti<,0.9>Zr<,0.1>)O<,3>陶瓷的相结构、表面形貌和介电性能的影响.X射线衍射分析表明所有样品均是四方晶体结构,x=0.03时Mo<'6+>能够完全溶入Ba<,0.98>Bi<,0.02>(Ti<,0.9>zr<,0.1>)O<,3>陶瓷晶格中.所有陶瓷样品均表现出弛豫铁电体的特征.掺杂MoO<,3>后,陶瓷晶粒尺寸减小,介电常数提高,介质损耗、剩余极化强度、矫顽场强均减小.当X=0.01时,陶瓷介电性能最佳:ε<,max>=7129(10 KHZ),tanδ=0.0116.
