摘要

Teraherz (THz) science and technology field has attracted significant attention due to its potential applications in security checking,biomedical imaging,and wireless communication,among others.However,the development of THz technology has been relatively slow and mainly affected by the lack of natural materials with useful responses in this regime[1].Moreover,THz radiation occupies part of the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum between the microwave and infrared waves,where both the electric and photonic responses of materials die out.
