摘要

By comparatively analyzing the difference of Chinese-Western culture,the paper discussed different garden building concepts of China and western countries,and also pointed out the difference of morphological features,poetic imagery of landscape,patterns,structure and spatial connects led by these concepts.It is believed that the introducing the architectural art of garden will become an inevitable tendency.Instances were used to illustrate spatial layout of classical gardens,the construction of poetic imagery,architectural forms of western gardens and its referential significance to indoor landscape design.
