摘要

<正>The "Farmers’ Dance" is prevalent in Korean-inhabited areas of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning, the three provinces that constitute China’s Northeast. Its origins can be traced back to the "dance in praise of the god of earth" performed at ancient China’s heaven worship ceremonies at times of spring sowing and autumn harvests.
