摘要

Recently,the Industry and Information Ministry issued the Program for the Development of the Shipbuilding Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period.The Program made an all round analysis of the situation facing the shipbuilding industry during that period,and pointed that in the five years to come,the shipbuilding industry has to persist in the central task of pushing forward the transformation and upgrading,taking technical advance and innovation as the important support for transformation and upgrading,the improvement of quality and increase in performance as the basic requirement of industrial development,the pushing forward the fusion of military and civilian production as the strategic policy of industrial development and the deepening of the fusion of industrialization and application of comupter science as the important means for developing the industry.
