摘要

Core concept of new ruralism was interpreted, harmonious development pattern of new ruralism studied, overseas development practices introduced, experience and enlightenment of new rural construction summarized. Through studying typical cases of rural economic development in Lin’an City, Zhejiang Province, problems in the construction of modern new rural areas, cultivation of characteristic agriculture and transformation of traditional agriculture in the urban-rural integration were analyzed, suggestions were given as "expanding multiple functions of agriculture, developing modern ecotourism agriculture, promoting the compound development of agricultural resources on the basis of science and technology". Successful experience of western countries in this field was borrowed, and it was proposed that guiding role of government should be fully played in the innovative development of this field.
