摘要

The paper has investigated the development situation of rural tourism in Yunnan Province, analyzed problems of rural tourism planning, actual operation and village-level party organizations in rural tourism construction. Rural infrastructure is laggard, the general quality of farmers is poor, agricultural production organization is low, rural eco-environment condition is not positive, and rural tourism service is low in service quality and incomplete in function, lack of characteristic and management problem is prominent. Rural tourism is short of marketing and financial support and benefit distribution is unbalanced. Thus, it has proposed that Yunnan rural tourism development should aim to promote modern agricultural management system, well conduct the planning and operation of rural tourism, and enhance village-level party organization construction.
