摘要

The vision to which many Chinese people hold fast of an idyllic life is re ected in a third century story about a mountain-encircled,peach blossom-adorned land removed from temporal existence.In the author’s view,Bamei,a desolate village in Yunnan Province,comes close to this utopia.
