摘要

Depression Death Toll Rising Fast More Chinese die from depression than traffic ac-cidents. It＇s a mental health issue the public knows little about. In a trend cited by hospitals, the number of neurology patients troubled by depression has outnum-bered schizophrenics over the past decade. Yet due to low public awareness and inadequate medical facilities, the proportion of depression patients receiving treatment is small.
