摘要

The reason of English teaching receiving questions from time to time is:undergoing more than ten years study,the students in China still can not express in English freely.Most people simply consider that learning a foreign language "the younger,the better",but seldom consider the basic conditions required by the learners.This paper aims to analyze the domestic and international research on this issue,and unifies the reality of foreign language teaching in China to carry on the comment.
